At Carnegie Mellon University:
I've worked as an IT Assistant in the Institute for Software Research (ISR) since my first week as a freshman at CMU. While cut a little early by COVID-19, I had a wonderful time running diagnostics and initial troubleshooting tasks, investigating hardware and software issues, and assisting the amazing 120 ISR students, staff, and faculty with various technological needs.
I was also a CMU gym attendant for my first semester, which taught me the importance of having a welcoming and positive attitude.
